Practice
Arash’s practice focuses on transactional work, as well as representing clients in general and creditor’s litigation. His areas of focus include business and corporate law, secured transactions, bankruptcy law, creditor’s rights, real estate and land use.
His MBA and background growing up in a family-owned business allow him to see problems through both a business and legal lens, so that he may find the best, most comprehensive solutions to his clients’ needs that are not only smart legally, but also good for business.
Prior to joining SSJH, Arash worked as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judith Matarazzo at the Multnomah County Circuit Court. He has also previously worked as a law clerk for Mentor Graphics Corporation.
