Practice
Toby’s practice emphasizes litigation and dispute resolution. Prior to joining SSJH he spent nine years prosecuting all levels of crimes for the Marion County district Attorney’s office. There he gained extensive court room experience. His time in the courtroom honed his instincts for identifying information and issues essential to effective representation. Toby now uses his skills to identify the information and actions necessary to effectively represent clients in all aspects of civil litigation and dispute resolution. His approach emphasizes understanding what is at issue, the desired outcome, and then using his uniquely refined advocacy skills to effectively and efficiently solve client’s problems.
Toby is an avid outdoor enthusiast and volunteers with community youth athletics.
